We are scheduling flu vaccination appointments for established patients on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons. This season, we are featuring an egg-free shot and a nasal spray alternative. Please note: we do not carry COVID vaccines - please reach out to Central Michigan District Health Department for locations offering COVID vaccines.

Our Pediatric Nurse Practitioners are accepting new patients through most common insurance carriers (check out the Insurance page under Office Info). Forms can be picked up in office or emailed upon request. While we wait for incoming medical records, you may schedule same-day appointments if your child is sick.

We offer same-day appointments for our established patients and incoming transfers. Please call us to schedule, and be sure to bring ID and insurance cards.

As we approach open enrollment season for many insurance plans, it is critically important that we have updated insurance information. Please be sure to bring your photo ID and current insurance card for your child to every visit.
