It's that time of year when we switch over to Spring-Summer Hours to give our amazing staff more time for fun in the sun with their families.

Sports Physicals for 2026-2027 School Year!

Now is the time to get your child's sports physical completed for the 2026-2027 school year. If your child is due for a well visit with us, we cna complete the sports physical at the same time. If your child is up date on their well visits through our clinic, the sports physical can be completed at no charge.

Accepting New Patients!

Our Pediatric Nurse Practitioners are accepting new patients. Forms can be picked up in office or emailed upon request. While we wait for incoming medical records, you may schedule appointments if your child is sick - be sure to bring your ID and insurance card.

Insurance Cards Required at Every Visit

Please be sure to bring your photo ID and current insurance card for your child to every visit.

Same Day Appointments Available

We offer same-day appointments for our established patients and incoming transfers. Please call us to schedule, and be sure to bring ID and insurance cards.
